The first and foremost metric in which investor will be interested in is the profitability of the company. So I will present the operating profit ratio and the net income ratio to the investor. Return on equity is also an important metric as it shows the return generated by the company from equity invested by its owners.

Liquidity ratios such as current ratio and quick ratio are useful in determining whether the company has sufficient funds to pay off its immediate liabilities. The capital structure ratio will also present a picture of the overall health of the company. For this purpose we will use the debt ratio as well as the debt equity ratio. The debt ratio will give a picture of the proportion of assets which are financed by debt. The debt equity ratio shows the proportion of debt to equity in the capital of the firm. A very high proportion of that shows that the company is dependent on borrowings and this can bring trouble in future in the form of repayment burden.
