For example, perhaps you are implementing a new procedure for capturing electronic medical records in the organization, which will require training. A. Describe the ADDIE model, and give an example of what you might consider for each part of the model as it relates to the change that will be implemented. B. Identify a training method that you will use to help people develop the necessary skills for the new process C. A. ADDIE Model :-

The ADDIE model is the generic process traditionally used by instructional designers. The five phases of the process are - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. All phases contribute to a flexible guideline for building effective performance support tools.

- Analysis Phase

The contemplation phase or Pre-phase of the needs that are going to be addressed by the specific tool/course that is to be created. Questions such as; who are the participants, what are their needs, what are the learning objectives of the course, timeline for delivery and constraints that should be considered

- Design Phase

Designing of the approach or best practice for addressing and creating the tool that will best suit the needs of it's intended purpose. Usually, this will include consideration of the strategies that the learning tool will use to ensure the motivation of the learner. Research of subject matter to streamline theories/ideas/content from general to specific, proper determination of the types of storyline/games/assessments that will motivate the student and indicate the academic achievements needed to meet the learning objectives. Determining training materials to be used for the facilitator. Selection of the type of interface users will use to engage with the material.

- Development Phase

The development phase is where the developers create and assemble the content that was created in the design phase. Programmers work to develop and/or integrate technologies. Testers perform debugging procedures. The project is reviewed and revised according to any feedback given.

- Implementation Phase

Scheduled events are created specific to the implementation of the course. Facilitators are trained, students are trained on new types of tools that will be used in the course, student registration and course launch are done

- Evaluation Phase

The evaluation phase consists of two parts: formative and summative. Formative evaluation is present in each stage of the ADDIE process - summative is consistently assess edits that improve the efficient functioning of the program. Blind spots that may be revealed as the course is being developed.

I will use this model to adhere with the new implementation like capturing g electronic health records . The following actions would be taken in each of the phases :-

In analysis phase I would analyse who all needs the training ,what are the training g objectives ,how much time will the training would be etc .

In design phase ,as the name suggests we will design the tool for the training session .

In the development phase ,we will collect the concepts and materials for developing the design .

In the implementation phase we will implement the tool developed and have training sessions

In the evaluation phase ,,analysis of the implemented tools will be done and cha he's will be done if any required for better performance .

B. Training method that I would use to develop the necessary skills for the new process is Hands-on Methods

Self-directed learning:

Take responsibility for all aspects of learning

Determine when it is conducted and who will be involved

Conduct job analysis to identify the tasks that must be covered

Write trainee-centered learning objectives directly related to the tasks

Develop the content for the learning package

Break the content into smaller pieces ("chunks")

Develop an evaluation package

C. To gain employee engagement through out the process of implementing g the change :-

- I would develop inner motivation in them to change and learn

- Would use incentives and promotion strategy .
