1, Helper T cells are an important cell in the adaptive immune system. It has adaptive immune responses. CD4+ is a surface protein in T cell that produce antibodies to bind antigen and prevent mobilization and cause infection.
2, HIV positive people have a weak immune system, they have low CD4 count, they are more prone to getting an infection that is called opportunistic infection it will be transmitted to body fluids like blood, urine, and saliva. They get hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, osteoporosis, kidney disease, and CVD, etc.
3, Most of the HIV people get symptoms without their knowledge. They will have visible symptoms in 2 to 6 weeks after the virus affected the immune system. In the initial stage, they have flu-like symptoms for two weeks then it will progress, she is in the third stage with sleeplessness, nervousness and weight loss.
4, T cell count 396 is low. Normal T cell count is 500-1500. HIV virus kills T cells that time HIV infection progress and Tcell count will be less. Below 200 t cell count diagnosed with HIV with associated symptoms.
