1. Being a nurse it's my duty to meet the needs ( ethical ) of the patient . So, if a patient asks me to talk to the Physician privately I will take her request to the Physician and will ask his permission and suitable time for the consultation .

2. Being the first person he saw while entering the office ,I did a warm welcome to him and made him seated comfortably . Asked for water or anything else he needed. Then I asked him about the purpose of visit and took actions according to that .

3. To prevent falls of the patients while trying to reach the magazine the following steps were taken :-

- kept the table closer to the patients

- kept the height of the table at low level

- asked the patients whether they want magazine to read in advance

- provided proper lighting for proper vision
