1. Hospitals are meant for providing health services to all the age groups of people equally at any cost, the main goal of the hospitals is serving the diseased and curing of disease conditions of patients and make them healthier. For achieving of that goal hospitals needs sufficient working staff members to work with coordination and to contribute their services for the development of the hospitals. One of the biggest workforce challenges for hospitals today is staff shortages in the hospitals. As the diseases are increasing day by day, new hospitals are establishing in each part of the country, but the recruitment of the staff is less. When compared to the patients ratio the staff ratio is lesser than normal. Causes may be no regularization of staff positions, non experienced persons, poor pay outs to staffs are becoming the challenges for hospitals.
2. Other issues of health care organizations includes poor salaries to the staff members, lack of advancement technologies, excess work load on the employees, poor organizational systems of the hospital, lack of training and development, poor turnover rates of the hospitals, etc can leads to work force challenges in the health care organizations.
