The three biggest data challenges in healthcare today are:

1. Data's are kept in the system pits and are only stored there. It is not being circulated to other team members which is nowadays required in order to provide a better care to the patient and the overall team members can contribute for the patient's recovery.

2. Hacking of data: all the information stored of the patient is not completely safe in the system because there are hackers out in the society who has the ability to get through the other's computers and hack their information's with which they could use it in a wrong way or even harm the patient's dignity and privacy.

3. Capturing of the required data information. All the data comes from other places, but gravely for many healthcare providers, data cannot always come from somewhere with impeccable data governance sytstems. Capturing data which is seen as clean, complete, accurate, and formatted correctly for using it in multiple systems is an ongoing struggle for organizations.

I think the emerging trend in the health care data future is the east accessibility of the patient's data to all the department members dealing with the patient and his relative condition during this stay and the probability of his improvements .
