The biggest challenge in healthcare today is providing value in minimum costs. As the cost of health care in the USA is very high as compared to other developed countries. Another challenge is doing all the screening for major diseases without being invasive. The approach needs to change as now more emphasis has to be given to the upstream process so that chronic diseases are prevented or at least managed well to reduce the cost of healthcare.
