E1 = sqrt(2 x 57/3 x 10^8 x 8.85 x 10^-12) = 207.21 V/m

B)

E2 = sqrt(2 x 10/3 x 10^8 x 8.85 x 10^-12) = 86.79 V/m

C)

E1/E2 = 207.21/86.79 = 2.39
