1.Age and obesity are the contributing factors which leads to the development of osteoarthrittis.whe a person get aged or have excessive their bone get weak and there will be progressive degeneration of articular cartilage occur in main joints such as in hip and knee joints.this would lead to excessive pain.

2.intra articular steroid administration if it is chronic.

3.hip arthroplasty.

4.knee arthroplasty.

5.analgesic .

3.osteoarthrittis caused by the progressive degeneration of articular cartilage while rheumattoid arthrittis is an auto immune disease which effects in upper and lower extrumities,tissues and joints.
