Answer #1

Health care is at its fullest growth in today's place the knowledge about a disease is widely accessible to any lay man through the availability of internet facility. In today's healthcare system the decision about a patient healthcare is directly or indirectly taken upon by the insurance company .It means it is not a doctor nor even the patient to make a decision. The main reason is the insurance company as to approve for a treatment, procedure or any diagnostic tests ordered by a doctor to initiate or not as per their protocol. In earlier days it was the doctor who made the most decision, them the rights of patient autonomy on eyhucka grounds made them to be a decision maker and now it is the time of insurance company who holds the health finances of the patient.

Though the insurance firms dates back to 1850 ,it didn't have a mass accessibility and growth and reaching all si the finance was directly handled between a patient and their healthcare provider. Today's medical care is based completely on insurance which is applicable after birth of a baby.It wants all of them to have one to get medical service who make payment through their job as a contributing factor for financially stability for getting healthcare in future or when they are sick.
