Answer: To increase the healthy practices in our daily life it is necessary to start with exercise. The exercise can include walking, jogging etc. Atleast exercise for 35 minutes can I love the blood circulation, keep the cholesterol level low as well as maintains the healthy weight. The normal exercise also reduces the stress level. Eating healthy foods such as avoiding caffeinated beverages and indulging healthy and fresh fruits can provide much strength.

It is one of the ethics to keep ourselves healthy so as we should do good to ourselves. It is right of every person to live healthy and stay healthy. Being in the profession of healthcare, it is necessary to keep ourselves healthy fit and fine so that we can serve better to the patients. Because it is a resoiresponsib of healthcare professionals to take a proper and quality of care. The initial step starts from ourselves, if we will be healthy we can easily motivate people to be healthy.
