Some of the personal health practices that I have incorporated in my personal life for promotion of health lower stress levels is meditating in the morning and evening for one hour as one of my main negative factor is anger , I get anger too fast even during office hours with other colleagues . To sort this I have started meditating , also it helps to lower the stress level . Second thing is incorporating exercise in the lifestyle . As I don't exercise even a bit and it's resulting fat build up in many areas ,to overcome that I have started exercise twice a day for half an hour .
