Answer #1

Ans:- 1.

311 ml.

Explanation:-

1oz is equal to 29.574 ml ,

So, 4 oz will be equal to 118.29 ml.

And

6 oz will be equal to 177.44 ml.

And

1 tablespoon is equal to 15 ml.

Than total liquid she consumed is 310.73 or approximate 311 ml.

2.

4000mg.

0.004kg is equal to 4000mg .

3.

49.895 or approximate 50 kg.

110 pound patient weight in kgs will be approximate 50 kgs.

Because 2.2 pound is equal to 1 kg,

So, 1 pound will be = 1/2.2

And 110 pound will be = 1/2.2×110 = 50.

4.

10 mg,

Patient will receive 10 mg on 20th march as dose has been started to tapered off by 17 march and 5 mg on each day. And on 16th march the dose was 30 mg.

5.

10 ml,

Ordered dose = 250 mg,

Available dose = 125 mg / 5 ml,

So, in 1 ml it will be 25mg and ordered dose is 250 mg so client will need 10 ml dose daily.
