Enoxaparin is categorized under low molecular weight heparin to treat deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary embolism, stroke disorders. The client should assess for previous history of bleeding disorder,stomach or intestinal bleeding,hemorrhagic stroke. The common sign and symptoms of bleeding includes:

- Bruising,black tarry stools are correct options.

- Red or purple spots under the skin indictes bleeding. Black tarry stools indicates gastrointestinal bleeding.

- Hematoma formation occurs as a results of complications of enoxaparin.
