The major differences between them are fir personal health decisions, it will affect one the individual patient or the person who takes the decision but when it comes to vaccinations if an individual who is at very high risk of infection and refuses vaccination will turn out to be a major source of infection to others and wide spreading the disease causing a great physical loss ,financial loss and economical loss to a country

When it comes to children the decision has to be made by tte parents because they mainly rely and believe on what is best for their child than others.

The benefits of vaccine recommendations to public health, community and other children can greatly reduce the spread 9f infection and protect the people as a whole.
