Imagine you work in a rural clinic in Somalia. In rural area some times the people won't accept the vaccination as disease prevention, because, the peoples have some of superstitial believes regarding disease occurrence, and vaccination may leads to pain to the baby, and it is one of the suffering to the baby so that the rural people some times they won't accept it.
