1. Being a healthcare professionals ,it's our duty to ensure patients rights and responsibilities . We can ensure it by giving them proper explanation about the rules and regulations of the institution , the patients right ,etc as soon as they gets admitted . Brief explanation about their responsibilities towards the institution is also explained . It will help them to act appropriately as per the law like for example before doing a procedure taking consent from the patient after explaining him or her the whole procedure in a language well understood by them and taking consent infront of the witness .

2. Ethics are the set of principles which guide us between right and wrong . Ethics in medical field is related to patient and care which are provided . Every healthcare professionals has to work by following these ethical principles such as justice (equally treating everyone ) , autonomy ( making independent decision) , beneficence ( doing good for the patient ) ,non maleficence ( doing no harm ) etc . Wthica play an important role inaking any decision.regarding patients case like for example he has to see whether the procedure will cause harm to the patient before conducting it ,if it causes harm it's unethical in practice etc . So, including ethical aspects in practice plays an vital role .

3. Legal system also plays an important role as the ethics play . It ensures whether the people are getting the right treatment , are they satisfied by the services ,is there any drawbacks , is there any problem in accessing healthcare services etc .
