Enzyme inhibitors include medicines such as antibiotics, antidepressants, diuretics drugs etc. You can create a graph to depict the data related to enzyme inhibitors. A graph can be plotted to show function of the ionic strength of the solution versus molarity of the salt. Ionic strength can be defined as one-half of the sum of the molarities of each ion of the squares of ions concentrations.

Ionic strength = ½ X sum of the molarities of each ion X squares of ions concentrations

The rate equation can be :

v = (Vmax * S)/[Km (1+i/Kic] + S(1+i/Kiu)]

Here, Ki and Kic are competitive values

Kiu is uncompetitive value

It is used to for non-linear data in simple S-v plot. It is helpful to get Vmax, Km, Kiu and Kis values. These are dependent on substrate (S) and inhibitor (i) concentrations.
