What is your opinion about a nurse who doesn't delegate? Is it good or bad?
According to me it is bad for me that nurses don't delegate because sometimes it is important to allocate a task to other people as well because in the scene of emergency one people can't always do all the tasks. The nurses who don't deligate are ones which like to dominate others and trying to put an impression to other seniors.
