1. Age - under 55= 0

2. Gender - female = 0

3. Family history - I have blood relatives who have had a heart attack or stroke after age 60 = 6

4.Personal history - none of the above = 0

5. Diabetes - no diabetes = 0

6. Smoking - never smoked =0

7. Cholesterol - below 224 = 0

8. Diet - poultry ,fish ,little or no red meat ,three or fewer eggs a week , margarine ,skim milk and skim milk products = 0

9. High blood pressure - below 140/90mmhg = 0

10. Weight = woman 100lb plus 5lb for each inch over 5feet = 4

11. Exercise - engage in aerobic exercise like walking for more than 15mins 3 or more times a week = 0

12.Stress - impatient when waiting , occasionally moody or hurried = 2

Total score = 12 , low risk for developing cardiovascular disease ,but I want to improve my stress factors like trying to have patience ,don't getting hurried up and fussy . Use of yoga and meditation to improve this behaviour and it will also help me to reduce the weight in which I got the highest score which is a modifiable risk factor.
