Answer: Nutrition is necessary for our body to perform and develop normal functioning of life. Nutrition provides protection against many of the diseases by contributing to the building up the Immunity.

Proteins, vitamins etc are the major concern for the body and should have in the normal proportion so that it can maintain the functions of body. Omega 3 fatty acids is good for our heart and provides good cholesterol to make our heart strong and healthy.

There are many misconceptions about intake of protein and nutrients but these are required for our body to work, grow and in the development. A healthy adults needs 56grams of protien per day.

This topic provides information of optimal intake of nutrients which also can provide us strength by performing normal functioning and keeps us healthy.
