The changes I would like to make in my daily schedule regarding healthy diet consists of low calories intake. Elimination of sugar from daily intake which causes more harm to the body. Including more fresh fruits and vegetables such as citrus fruits which contains lots of vitamin c and many other nutrients to nourish body. Protein is one of the most important thing in building and repairing the cells. Including protein rich diets have longer effects.
Daily walk and exercise for atleast 35 minutes will do wonders, I would include this also. It keeps body healthy and fit. Cutting all the kinds of caffeinated drinks which causes obesity.
If these things and diets regularly followed, after 29 years from now it would be less prone to many of the diseases.
