Answer: Faith helps us in various ways to promote health, nutrition and wellness. In fact, health is related to good nutrition and wellness. Faith can help us in many ways such as:

  • Prevention from depression as it strengthens the inner peace and reduce the stress.
  • The belief that hoping someday things will be better such as in case of patients, they have faith in the treatment that it can cure them.
  • Enhancing the function of immune system as due to deep concentration during prayer or mediation, our mind get relaxed. It enhances the working ability of the immune system by reducing the stress. The stress causes hormonal changes.

Healthy lifestyle, faith as well as exercise can influence life in a positive manner. It reduces the risk of diseases, eating healthy foods such as green vegetables, fruits, fish, eggs can enhances the daily nutrition intake.
