After reviewing my results, I almost met the RDA's recommendations. My daily intake met the recommended carbohydrates and proteins. But I am lack in the intake of some of the vitamins and minerals. As per DRI I need to drink 3.5 litres of water daily, But I am consuming only 3 liters of water. Otherwise I am meeting the RDA's suggestion.
