  • Try to explain the customer complaint in your own words.
  • It is important to show interest in the patient's complaint. Listen, understand and then respond.
  • Speak clearly and have effective communication with the patients so that the customer can understand easily.
  • Take proper action regarding the complaint and try to solve it as soon as possible.
