Based on the given data, it was understood that Carol was having a mutifacet complaints.

Because of smoking habit she was diagnosed with respiratory related and metabolic disorder complications. By considering into her age and all problems, she should be under constant blood sugar monitoring.

Till the control of control diarrhoea, patient should be under constant infusion fluids with metformin dose. If possible administration of DPP-4 inhibitors is a preferable choice.

Since her gut health was very bad, first administration of high dose antibiotics alone has to be stopped and antimotility drugs can be administered for short span of time along with E.coli sachets.

By considering into her age, Ejection fraction has to be considered. If it is considerable no need to go for diuretics.

Since colonoscopy is abnormal further diagnosis has to be suggested to rule out the carcinoma.
