Workplace often places an employee to burnout their energy physically and mentally when the desired things according to their performance are not given by the employer. A workplace culture should motivate the employees to perform well,guide and direct them to achieve the target,molds them to have a positive habits.

The main reason for employee burnout is poor compensation, work load,over time.The major role of workplace culture is to create a brand image of the organization, workers interaction in workplace, create an emotional attachment with the organization.

To prevent this the employer should be friendly and lenient but always  directing in the right path to avoid the burnout experienced by the employees.
