Answer: Due to excessive workload pressure there is burnout among employee. Some of the changes that can be made to prevent burnout are:

  • Optimum work load
  • Safe working environment
  • Indulging in time management process
  • Flexibility in working methods.

The supervisor plays major role in preventing the burnout among employees because supervisor can create friendly environment so that employees can feel safe and can easily complete their work. The supervisor should have leadership qualities to achieve positive outcomes.

A supervisor should indulge in friendly ways to uplift the standard of working. Time management is important so that it can prevent burnout among employees. User friendly environment, avoiding strict environment, having professional ethics can reduce burnout.
