Ans:-
Whenever I will see that any of my colleague is wasting medication ( non narcotics ) by taking them home, then first of I will ask him /her about the reason behind his/her this type of activity and then if I will find that he /she really needs those medications then I will not say anything to him / her but if I will find out that their is no specific reason he / she is taking the medication just without any reason then I will advise him /her that he / she should not waste the medication without any reason, I will try to convince him/ her. But if I found that he / she still taking medication at home then I will do complaint of his / her to the senior staff or ward incharge.
