The bonus will help to motivate them at exceptional level which encourage them to achieve their targets. The disadvantages i see that linking bonuses may create unfair and competitive work environment among employees. second bonuses increases cost of business as FedEx has thousands of employees so providing bonuses is high cost as well tax is charged on bonuses.
