Employees enlargement is organization process that made the employees motivated , passionate towards the jobs , committed towards the organization goals and keep their productivity and performance high.

Employees enlargement is high in my organization because company offering an attractive salary , incentive, medical benefits and motivating manager that are giving freedom in job and working with employees collaboration.

My managers and organization leaders are playing key role in increasing employees enlargement through motivating subordinate , offering challenging jobs , always appreciating performance , standing with employees benefits and increments and interacting with employees.

Yes my own employee engagement fluctuate because of transfer of my senior and some time company activities also responsible in my enlargement. Many times unwanted pressure and behavior of some senior are responsible for losing employee enlargement.
