Quality is the measure of excellence in any field with effective implementations of rules and objectives along with culture and ethics. At a university the effectiveness with which the courses are offered and the authenticity of the books followed and the way students are led shows the quality of that university. When it comes to work the efficiency, dedication , team work and ethical values followed along with vision and mission form quality. When an organisation succeeds in achieving all it's goals without using any unlawful or unethical means is definitely doing a great job with quality . According to Malcolm Baldrige quality is the measure of performance of work and the procedures followed such as proper vision, mission, plan and values .The awards presented are based on the excellence in performance of any field and the way services are rendered. Hence it fits with the definition of quality given.
