It increases self esteem ,self concept and self efficacy

Regular excercise increases the self confidence

Regular excercise change the mood that gives pleasure feeling.

Regular excercises decreases the physical and psychological stress ,anxiety and depression.

It helps to alleviate symptoms associated with mild depression

It enhances the mood

By making partnership in doung excercise can improve the emotional bond between people and it will decreases the depression

Simple walking and aerobic excercises can improve the psychological status of person .

Not only for the depression ,it will enhances the physical health and increases quality of life .

By going excercises classes , it will improve social interaction with other people and decreases depression
