1)exercise has multifarious benefits to our body.

Firstly, it helps us to reduce extra weight and enhances good health

Then, it protects against heart diseases ,diabetic mellitus, increases sleep etc.

In depression patients exercise has enormous benefits , during low intensity as well as in high intensity exercise our body produces various chemicals which will help to reduce depression. Chemicals such as endorphins and growth factors creates new connections in brain and thus increases brain function and feels better.

2) three important components are:

—cardiovascular endurance- exercise improves the activity of heart, heart rate and respiratory rate increase and will start sweating.

—muscle endurance- exercise helps to maintain bone mineral density, also increases muscl strength

— increases flexibility- person become more flexible by doing regular stretching.

3) exercise helps to reduce stress hormones, stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol level decreases.

> exercise stimulates the production of endorphins. Endorphins are the natural painkillers and mood elevators, thus exercise can reduce the effect of stress hormones.

> exercise helps in reduction of weight and increases our stamina, which will automatically improve our self image and confidence, likewise our stress reduces.

4) eating healthy foods are extremely paramount to our body because

- our body functions are directly related to what we eat. Good food helps to maintain our body weight thus enables greater functions of our body system.

- food is the source of energy. Our body requires lot of energy for performing day to day activities. Balanced diet is very essential for maintaining our body functions .

- some food like chocolate, sweets which are high in calories helps people to reduce stress and tension. Carbs and nuts have the ability to reduce the levels of adrenaline , thus reduces stress.

5) studies shows 100gms of sugar can reduce our immune system efficiency.

6) people eat organic vegetables and fruits because:

> it can less amount of pesticides.

>organic foods are naturally grown so more fresh and realiable.

> organic animal products are safe to use because those animals are not treated with antibiotics or other chemicals.

>organic foods contain more minerals and taste fresh.

7) organic diary products are products which are obtained from animals which are not treated with any hormones or antibiotics.

> organic diary products have more omega 3 than non organic milk

> contains more minerals.

> less condemnation.

> more antioxidants.

Therefore it is good for health.

8) processed foods are extremely bad for the body because:

> are loaded with sugars: mainly fructose, ingestion of too much of sugars can devastate metabolism.

> contain less fiber: fast digestion happens and our drive for food increases, can lead to over eating etc.

>increases chance for addiction: they are chemically altered and people get addicted to it. Eg : potato chips.

>can cause mood swings: chemicals used in processed foods can cause irritability and aggression .

>increases sodium level: thus increases changes for hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

>reduces sleep: interferes with sleep, person can suffer from sleep displorders.

> less nutrients: they are beautifully colored to attract people but contain less nutrients which are actually needed for the body.

9) difference between whole grain and refined grain :

> whole grains contain whole parts of the grain . It contain more fiber and nutrients.

> refined grains are polished and processed to remove those parts to increase the half life of the grain and also to make various byproducts.

10) many factors can influence the digestion and assimilation of food. Some of them are:

>climate of the area we live: in cold climatatic region it is better to eat food which can generate more calories and heat in our body, because in cold climate more calories are burned to keep our body warm.

> strong punchent smell can induce vomiting tendency in many people and anorexia.

> electromagnetic radiation can affect brain function. So better to keep our body away from such hazards.

11) I would like to have dinner in a silent peaceful park.surrounded by trees and fresh air. So that I can enjoy every bite of my food and can taste fresh as it is. It will help me to enjoy my food.

12) 2 exercise that I enjoy the most are:

>Brisk walk in the morning: it makes me to feel alive. Helps to feel more relaxed and happy.

> cardio workout in weekends: it makes my bone strong and helps to maintain body weight. I feel more energized after such workouts.
