Memorandum transfer patient care with additional elements with advanced patient safety by ensuring EHR prompts by all elements documented. It ensures safe and effective communication. The health care provider provides necessary medical care for patients without regard to patient ethnicity and immigration status. there is special communication among health care providers and patient and they provide immediate medical attention for those who need. there are a trusting relationship and understanding between patient and health care providers. the hospital generally releases limited information about the patient for any inquiry. privacy laws are low about releasing patient gneral information, it made by law enforcement officers. without the signed court orders hospital staff deny the patient information to law enforcement officers. law enforcement officers very persistent sometimes to have patient information from the hospital by threatening hospital staffs with against the justice.
  A signed court order should be there for hospital staff to provide patient information. Hospital staff should equally respond for request when there are no appropriate legal orders. The causes of the problem are a lack of shared understanding and communication between staff and lack of technology sources. managers should have standards responsible if there is any non-law enforcement they have to talk with adminstrators or CEO officers. make the patient be aware of privacy practices when they get admitted.
  As a CEO make everyone follow the longstanding policy to protect patient safety and well being within the community. introduce the operational improvement program and ensure the community for strict federal and state law enforcement followed by the staff. patient information should be confidential, it should be confirmed if there is no signed court order by the judge. the patient should be aware of the undercover law enforcement officers and be careful with the shared detailed.
