Health Care Organization is influenced in the major part of the world. It depends on the people and organizations in its environment.

People and Organization are very well connected globally. More culturally diverse, e-communication is now possible anywhere and anytime, healthcare spending is increasing. Economy, healthcare consumers becoming more knowledgeable, Health Care Organization are more accountable for performance, Health Care Organization more eco-friendly, spending on health has increased.

To this Taylor created scientific management, which uses standardization, specialization, and scientific experiments to design jobs for efficiency and production. Jobs titles are designed to be less repetitive and more specialized. Tools and workstations are ergonomic to suit.

Mayo introduced human relations approach based on psychology and sociology, in which people's feelings and behaviors in the group setting are taken into consideration.

The Advantages of bureaucracy is that it is more efficient, stable, and predictable system. But it also has disadvantages as it is less personal, personal feelings are stifled and lacks creativity, it also lacks for the flexibility and innovation.

Mintzberg's managerial roles are based on easy creating vision and motivating others to work. It is changing and adapting an organization, gathering and using information to know what is happening. But unfortunately it does not take care of problems and unexpected events. With the available resources it does not comply and disturbs the system. It has its own problem with working with others to reach some positive agreements or for settling the disputes.

Here you need Strategic planning which includes an internal assessment of its distinctive characteristics and an external assessment of the market structure and dynamics. It also includes alternative futures, its mission, vision, values, and key strategies. For strategy formulation, it establishes goals and objectives for critical issue areas.

In implementation planning, it identifies the actions required, then the plan includes a schedule, priorities, and resources.

Health Care Organization has to acquire resources, staff, supplies, equipment, information, technology and other inputs from environment. The Health Care Organization transformer these into outputs by arranging , connecting, combining and processing into services and products. Health Care Organization has to sell, provide and deliver its products and services to the customers, clients and people in the environment outside the Health Care Organization
