Please review the TBSM template and respond to the following:
1- Compare Project Quality Planning as defined in PMBOK with the process described in this template;
--The Quality Management Plan documents the necessary information required to effectively manage project quality from project planning to delivery. It defines a project’s quality policies, procedures, criteria for and areas of application, and roles, responsibilities and authorities.
a- Map the template elements to the three phases of Project Quality Management in PMBOK (Figure 8-1 ).
b- Discuss what elements of PMBOK quality management are covered or not covered and if TBSM goes beyond PMBOK. If so in what ways?
c- Comment on the strengths and weaknesses of the TBSM template for managing quality in a project.
2- If you have used a project quality plan (separate or part of the project management plan), please share your experience relative to TBSM template. .
