Two fighter jets are in a dogfight. Jet "A" is about to shoot "Jet B", which is right in front of him. Jet "B", knowing that he is in trouble, decides to shoot first. He aims his gun directly behind him and fires. The bullets hit their target, Jet "A". However unknown to the pilots, they are passing by the top of a tall mountain and a climber standing on the top of the mountain also gets hit by the bullets. Additional information: The speed of both jets is 1,500 mph. The muzzle velocity (firing speed) Jet B's gun 1,500 mph. Who lives? Who dies? Is it murder? (explain each)

As the speed of both the jets are same the bullet will be reflected by jet A. So the pilot of Jet A will live and the climber on the top of the mountain will die by the reflected bullet. It is not a murder but a case of accident.
