2- Apply this idea on the ground.
3- A description of the materials included in this product.

Answer #1

ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS). It provides a framework that any organisation can follow to maintain certain norms and productive activities that won't harm the environment and won't degrade the sustainability measures taken all around the globe.

What you consider as waste can be a resource for some other business:

1. The idea that can be used to train the employees for reusing or recycling the damaged or final products could be either showing them videos or live examples by calling any waste  management expert of telling how the spare parts of any damaged good could be reused. A damaged good still has many spare parts left which can be reused again and that would effectively reduce the cost of the raw materials and would also generate less waste and would help to preserve the environment. For example, the manufacturing of automobile parts (car parts) is undertaken in that company in the state of Qatar.

2. Now, the automobile parts which are getting manufactured requires the raw materials: steel, iron ore. oil, lubricants, nails, bolts, plastics etc. All the damaged products (which doesn't qualify the standard quality) would be stored in another warehouse. Now all the iron parts can be treated by either melting and converting them again into the steel. The Nut and Bolts can be taken out and used again. Thus, the whole concept of reusing products could be undertaken and be trained to other employees.

3. Iron, Steel, Oil. Plastics, Lubricants, Nut, Bolts, Screws etc is used.

4. The actual cost can be pertained by adding all the raw materials and other fixed and variable costs considered. For the same, I would keep 100 Qatar Rial.

5. The price I would keep would be on 10% Cost that would amount to 110 Qatar Rial.
