Exercises or physical activity makes a person stay fit and healthy.It enhances the ability to fight stress.It releases a hormone called endorphins which acts as a nautical pain killer.It improves sleep,reduces the risk of getting heart diseases, Diabetes,strengthens musculoskeletal system,anxiety, depression by reducing stress.Regular exercises removes any by products from the body thereby reducing stress.

Nutrition or diet has a greater role in stress management. For instance if a person is not having hidhis diet on time,generally increases the stomach acid secretion leading to gastric problem theory by increasing stress level.Having a good quantity of vegetables and fruits acts as a fibre rich foods and provides nutrients yo the body which are helpful in relieving chronic stress.Avoid tea or coffe because it increases the stress hormones ,Choosing a complex carbohydrates releases mood enhancing substance called serotonin and relieves stress.
