How might Flonase affect nutrition, elimination, and/or GI system?

This medication is a steroid though its target action is on the lungs it can irritate the pathway of the gastrointestinal system leading to ulceration in the esophagus ,gastric area.This has led to gastritis, gastric ulcer and to a severe extent upto,bleeding .There is a chance for developing nausea, vomiting, sore throat,sores in oral cavity as a result the intake is decreased leading to deficiency.
