The one of the most common community health issues us Obesity or overweight problems irrespective of age from children to adults are affected.This is majorly because of life style, food habits,lack of physical activity among people of adult age whereas in children its because of the fast food and junk food they eat and avoid homemade food.

The government takes direct action into this in the following way

• Obesity prevention policies in US
• Obesity prevention
• Standford health care
• Federal government takes a direct action in it

Some of the best way to reduce this community issue can be dome in the following way like

• Health education to all
• Regular health check up and screening among school children
• Removing high risk factors and encouraging public to avoid unhealthy food
• Trying to build up grocery or vegetable shops in all residential area
• Building up parks to encourage public to do physical activity
