1. OSHA standards are intended to be implemented as a means to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses. It is important to note that OSHO is not responsible for any products or give any approval for any medical products. It is the employer's responsibility to identify and implement appropriate and effective safer medical devices for the specific medical procedures being conducted.

2. The nurse can register an online complaints via electronic complaint form or by downloading a PDF complaint form and mail it to the nearest OSHA regional office. The complaints should be registered within 3o days of the incident.
