In Form 941, the employer must report :

a. Income Taxes of Employee

b. Social Security taxes

c. Medicare Taxes

withheld from employee's paychecks.

Hence the employer must report all three of them. However, employer must send only Employer's portion of Social Security Taxes and Medicare taxes.

Hence amount to be sent = $1,945.86 + $455.08 = $2400.94
