125mg/300 ml is what suspension has and rate should be 100ml/hr.

100 ml contains 125/3 = 41.6 mg.

So, 41.6mg/hr should be delivered.

To deliver 500mg, 12 hours are needed. ( 500/41.6 = 12).

So, if the infusion is started at 6 Am then it should be stopped at 6Pm.
