The fast pace of today's era combines with the easy access to food and are victimised to the fast food. These fast food has caused the ill effects on overall growth and development of an individual holistically. The ways in which I feel I can limit the amount of fast food are

# starting my day with a health breakfast of my choice

# removing the junk materials of food from my kitchen and cupboards of office

# set the cash limit with budget

# making a habit of healthy food a treat

# thinking over again about health and its importance in life and too much consumption of junk foods and its consequences.

# drinking lot of water

# mindful eating which is stress free high in protein and frequent healthy diet.

# having a sound sleep as sleep also fluctuates the appetite hormones

# fight craving

The ceo should have the responsibility in terms of its customer wellbeing is

# to produce the best healthy junk food with best quality

# provide education to the community about the junk food and how could they choose the best healthy junk foods

# they should also consider the ill effects which causes to individuals will affect our next generation.
