-- William kissick the developer of Iron Triangle of Healthcare explained 3 health care problems which is having a great primary importance. That are Cost, Quality and Access.Why he considered the triangle as a iron because it is tough to get the high quality, good access healthcare and low cost healthcare system.And we know that it is a natural concept that if the quality is increasing then the cost will be also increasing.

1) Cost

-- It is one of the important concept that how much it will cost for a healthcare treatment.The aim is to decrease the healthcare cost as much that can be done and increasing the healthcare availability to all and making an healthy and most effective population.

-- There are many ways in which the US people are common with the private insurance which decrease the cost by giving the risk and the cost around their population.

-- In Prussian they made a new program that a Person called Bismark , who was a short lived German battleship.In his healthcare system the prices was given by the national and the state authority.This controls the cost by price control.

-- But new programs was started in the US which is under the medicare and EPO plans.But many Americans are not absolutely known about this mechanism.This cost controlling program is capitation.Under this mechanism the doctor will be paid monthly or yearly by a patient and no matter that how many times that they went to the doctor and the payment will be fixed.so the patients can predict how much they will cost for their medical checkups.And also the doctor also provides good quality healthcare.

2) Quality

-- This means how much quality healthcare the patients are getting and the healthcare system seems to have different quality in different cases.

-- For example , Now we are in the condition that we should ask that how much hope for the good result, the treating surgeons and primary healthcare workers are are good or not, is the drugs are of good quality, are the  operating instruments and scanning machines are having good quality.

-- But we can say that how much good quality did the drug have is not a important question . Since many years the quality Checking was like , for example - How many percentage of the patients are getting diagnosed with the cancer of different type and of different stages and still be alive in 5 years.This makes us easy to measure.But now there are different quality treatments that the cancer patients are receiving and that different quality treatment will decide the patients quality of life and how long the patient can alive.

-- It is very tough to measure the quality and nowadays it depends on how much you spend for the healthcare treatments and good  quality is highly expensive.

3) Access

-- This is a very important concept because it means that we are getting the access to the healthcare that we need.In Us there are Urban and rural area divisions and patients in the rural areas are needed to travel a lot for getting treatment from a urban area doctor. So we can say that rural area patients are not having a good access for a speciality care.

-- But we can say that the access depends upon the cost that we are providing for the healthcare. That means if we can afford the cost then we have the access for the speciality care and if the cost that we are paying is low then the quality is low and the access is low.

-- Every developed countries but not the United States , had made a foundation way to increase the access to healthcare.They are trying to decrease the cost and which leads to a great access for healthcare at affordable cost.
