Answer #1

1.Health is the basic right of all .Comprehensive National Health Insurance plan covers all patients with any diseases irrespective of any background in UK,Canada. In simple the fund is provided by the government. In US this provision is not available to all.The one who has insurance can get medical services and the others to opt out for public hospitals for any emergency services which often are huge to pay.Implementation of this plan can beneficial to the needed people but not to the addicted people for alcohol, drugs, tobacco, etc., besides knowing its side effects. Hence implementing this can simultaneously increase the criminal activities

2.Personal integrity makes an individual to be aware of any consequences due to a wrong act and so ways behave in an optimistic way and be beneficial to others. When they have this they are aware of the types of services qvaioabel yo them and recover soon.

3.The people who are here illegally are not eligible to receive any federal public health service apart from emergency and delivery for a pregnant women.
