Answer #1

5. Every individual has different perspectives and ideas. The whole population in the world is different not only on the basis of their looks and appearance but also because of their ways of thinking ,views against a particular subject ,ideas , experiences etc . Every individual should be allowed to take decisions based on their perspectives so that they can use their strengths and avoid their weak points while dealing with a situation to attain goal at a shorter duration of time.

Decisions made within the family ,work ,community and society influence individuals choice because in all the mentioned areas, individuals are not allowed to make a decision independently and their views are not taken into consideration , considering it immature and unpractical. This affects the individuals negatively making them less confident , introvert and demotivated as they can't do anything according to their wishes and choices.
