Three fictional incidents for the surgery :-

1. One evening ,a newly married couple were on the way to their home from their honeymoon . The guy was driving the car and the girl was sitting aside. They were running fast towards their home after celebrating in Bali. After getting down from the airport at night , the guy took his car and ride throught the national highway in full speed of excitement . It was around 11'O clock at night , the guy was multitasking by driving and speaking in the phone , suddenly a truck came from the other side and he was not able to balance the car and it skid due to the fast speed . The car turned upside down and both were critically injured . They were shifted to the hospital immediately by the local people . The girl had internal bleeding in the head for which she was shifted immediately to the operation theatre and boy was intubated as he was unconscious and unresponsive and shifted to ICU.

2. A 35 weeks primigravida came to the emergency with complaints of severe pain and breakage of amniotic sac . She was shifted to the gyne department for delivery. After a long time of pain and vital assessment her cervical dilatation was not happening and her blood pressure was shooting up which could cause damage to the baby and mother . The physician were not able to give the labor inducing agents as it would make her BP worst . Immediately the mother was shifted from emergency C - section into labor room .

3. A patient diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma of left thigh was on chemotherapy ,after 6 cycles of chemotherapy an interim assessment CT was done to see the status and it was in partial remission with metastatis . After 2 more cycles an evaluation was done again to see the remission status . It was not in control and the patient was told to amputate his leg to avoid further spread to other parts of body . He was referred to the Ortho department for the surgery and amputation of the thigh was done .
